Each quarter by training LAB.co Pilots to become Captains, we award scholarships, internships, and mentorship opportunities to dedicated students professional seeking Executive experience within their field. Developed observing fraternal designations, LAB.co Directorship levels follow strict achievement and "rite" fulfillment requirements for advancement and access to higher levels of distinction and information within the organization. Junior Directors enter as "Pilots" with the goal of advancement into "Lodge Captain".
The mission of "Captain" is to mentor and manage "Chapters" & "Pilots" through "Lodge" campaign initiatives. Our "Lodge" system is built on the premise that a community can only be successful if their members are successful. We believe in a partnering relationship with our Directors, suppliers and ambassadors.
Our quarterly networking event is considered the nucleus of every community we are in solely because our conferences are exclusive to professionals passionate about what they do.
