That philosophy is simple to understand and is the foundation of what we help you do.
Leaders Are Born (LABco) season internship structure, expectations, and interview process is built around one principle: "Industry Discovery" via two parallel tracks:
The core requirement is completing discovery calls—intern/member-led informational interviews that (1) create shadowing opportunities, (2) recruit speakers/participants for webinars & seminars, and (3) inspire students and professionals to empower the communities they live and work.
The program also sets a high standard for documentation, organization, and professional communication, including company email setup, file management, maintaining an appendix of resources, and using AI/tools for follow-up and summaries.
