Through metaverse-exclusive engagements and industry education initiatives, UEF empowers individuals to thrive in the esports industry and beyond. Since 2020, UEF has collaborated with Leaders Are Born (LAB) to enhance its event activations and provide holistic career development opportunities for its members. LAB, known for its innovative experiential education programs, worked together with UEF to elevate the quality of UEF's gaming events, incorporating interactive elements and immersive experiences to engage participants.
Fredrick Douglass Middle School, located in Brooklyn, New York, is committed to providing its students with enriching educational experiences that foster creativity, collaboration, and leadership skills. In partnership with MILK Uniforms and Leaders Are Born, the school organized a unique event titled "Make Your Own Kool." This event aimed to engage students in a hands-on art activity where they could unleash their creativity by designing custom artwork on bags and hats.
